Nick Offerman graduated from the acting conservatory at the University of Illinois, and co-founded Chicago's Defiant Theatre Company. He worked at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theater, the Goodman, Shakespeare Repertory, Wisdom Bridge, A Red Orchid, and Pegasus Players, where he received a Joseph Jefferson Citation for The Kentucky Cycle. In Los Angeles, he has appeared in several plays at the Evidence Room, where he is a company member. Films include: Sin City, Miss Congeniality 2, Cursed, November, Treasure Island, Groove, Lush, and Speaking of Sex. TV work includes a recurring role on George Lopez, a recurring role on 24, Deadwood, Will & Grace, NYPD Blue, The Practice, Good Morning, Miami, ER, The West Wing, King of Queens, the Gilmore Girls, and the home design show, Mix it Up.
